Quick Start

Get your first QA scorecard in under 5 minutes.

Sign up and choose a plan

Head to getqualityos.com and click Start Free Trial. You get a 14-day trial on either Starter ($79/month) or Team ($199/month) — no credit card required.

Seats are for QA managers and team leads. Agents receive feedback via shared PDF scorecards — no login required.

Upload a Knowledge Base document (recommended)

Go to Settings → Knowledge Base and upload your team SOPs, policy documents, or training guides (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD).

This is optional but highly recommended. When a KB document is present, QualityOS scores Resolution Accuracy and Policy Compliance against your actual policies rather than generic best practices — giving you far more precise, actionable results.

Go to the Analyse tab

Open your dashboard and click Analyse in the left sidebar. You have two input methods:

  • Paste transcript — copy a call transcript in AGENT/CUSTOMER format and paste it directly
  • Upload audio — drop an MP3 or WAV file; QualityOS transcribes it automatically via Groq Whisper before analysis

Fill in the details and run analysis

Before hitting Analyse, fill in:

  • Agent name — used for scorecard attribution and team overview
  • Date — defaults to today, edit if scoring a historical call
  • Interaction type — Inbound, Outbound, or Chat
  • Preset — Standard Support, Billing & Payroll, Technical Support, or Onboarding

Click Run Analysis. Results return in approximately 10–20 seconds depending on transcript length.

View your scorecard and act on it

Your scorecard appears immediately with:

  • Overall score /100 and a Pass / Coach / Flag verdict
  • Per-parameter scores (0–10) with evidence quotes pulled from the transcript
  • A coaching brief: positive callout, top miss, and a 1:1-ready coaching note

From the scorecard view you can:

  • Click Download PDF to export a printable coaching pack
  • Add a coaching note to the scorecard (Team plan)
  • Browse all past scorecards in History

Team plan: Configure Slack notifications in Settings → Slack Notifications to receive an automatic alert for FLAG and COACH verdicts in your team channel.
