Invite Your Team
Collaborate with your QA team by creating a shared workspace. All members see the same scorecards, history, and team overview.

Creating a team
- 1Go to Settings → Team in your dashboard sidebar.
- 2Click Create Team and choose a name (e.g. "Support Team", "Billing QA").

A unique 8-character team code is generated automatically, e.g.:
NOVA-X7K2
Share this code with anyone you want to join your team.
How teammates join
- 1Teammates sign up for a QualityOS account (any plan — they inherit the team plan once joined).
- 2They go to Settings → Team → Join Team.
- 3They enter the team code (e.g.
NOVA-X7K2) and click Join. - 4They immediately gain access to the team workspace — shared History, Team Overview, and Knowledge Base.
Managing members
The team admin (the person who created the team) can:
- See all current members and their last-active date in Settings → Team
- Remove a member by clicking the × next to their name — this immediately revokes their access
- View seat usage (Team plan supports up to 5 QA manager seats)
Tier inheritance: Once a user joins a Team plan workspace, they automatically receive Team plan features (Ticket QA, 50 KB docs, etc.) regardless of their individual plan.
