Terms of Service

By accessing or using QualityOS ("the Service") at getqualityos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QualityOS is an AI-powered quality assurance automation platform for Customer Success and Support teams. The Service includes:

• –AI analysis of call transcripts and support tickets
• –Automated QA scoring and coaching reports
• –Knowledge base integration and RAG-powered analysis
• –Team management and collaboration features
• –API access and third-party integrations (Zapier, etc.)

• –You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• –You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• –You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• –One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• –You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• –QualityOS offers paid subscription plans (Starter at $79/month, Team at $199/month, Enterprise at custom pricing)
• –All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required
• –Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record)
• –Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• –Founding member pricing is locked permanently for early subscribers
• –No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• –We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to:

• –Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Service or any part of it
• –Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• –Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• –Share your account credentials with unauthorised users
• –Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated abuse
• –Use the Service to build a competing product
• –Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• –Upload content that violates privacy laws or third-party rights

• –You retain full ownership of all data, transcripts, and content you upload to QualityOS
• –By uploading content, you grant QualityOS a limited licence to process and analyse it solely to provide the Service
• –We do not sell your data to third parties
• –We do not use your content to train AI models
• –You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any content (recordings, transcripts, documents)
• –You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, DPDPA 2023, CCPA) when uploading customer interaction data

• –QualityOS, its logo, codebase, UI, prompts, and all platform components are owned by QualityOS and protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India) and applicable international law

• –The "QualityOS" name and logo are proprietary marks
• –Nothing in these Terms grants you any IP rights in the Service
• –Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation or attribution

• –We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• –Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• –We use Supabase (SOC2-compliant infrastructure) for data storage
• –We use Clerk for secure authentication
• –We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and CDN
• –We retain your data for 30 days after account termination

QualityOS integrates with third-party services including:

We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

• –API keys are provided for Team and Enterprise plan subscribers
• –You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
• –Do not share API keys publicly or commit them to version control
• –We may revoke API keys that are used abusively
• –Automated webhook integrations must comply with rate limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• –QualityOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• –We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• –We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• –Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• –We are not liable for decisions made based on QA scores or coaching recommendations generated by the Service

You agree to indemnify QualityOS against claims arising from:

• –Your violation of these Terms
• –Content you upload to the Service
• –Your violation of any third-party rights
• –Your violation of applicable laws

• –You may cancel your account at any time from account settings
• –We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• –Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted
• –Clauses 7, 8, 11, and 12 survive termination

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
